All-Inclusive River Cruise Fare Inclusions:

Cruise fares include meals onboard daily, unlimited beverages including wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees and teas; all gratuities to ship staff, local guides and drivers, shore excursions, scheduled arrival and departure transfers for cruise-only guests. Butler service for Suite and Royal Suite guests.

Reservation Booking Terms and Conditions:

Required Deposit:  $1,500 per person for double/ $2,500 for single is required at time of booking for the River Cruise, $500 per person for the Pre-Cruise Package & $100 per person for the Post-Cruise Package

Second Payment: 50% of the remaining balance is due by December 4, 2016

Final Payment: March 6, 2017

Cancellation Policy and Schedule:  Cancellation penalties apply to the total package price per person, which includes the river cruise fare, pre-cruise package and extra services.  Airfare is typically nonrefundable once purchased

From time of deposit until Dec 4, 2016 $500 per guest penalty
From Dec 5, 2016 to Feb 3, 2017 $1,000 per guest penalty
From Feb 4, 2017 to Mar 6, 2017 50% of total fare per guest penalty
After Mar 6, 2017 100% of total fare per guest penalty

 All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Global Tracks at info@globaltracks.com.

Travel Insurance:  Global Tracks offers optional Travel Insurance. Purchase within 15 days of deposit for additional benefits.

Passports: Passports are required for all guests and must be valid for six months after the end of the cruise.
